FUTURE ONE TECHNOLOGY LTD and VELCORE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED are collectively referred to in these Terms as “Dodopin,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

Dodopin operates a digital commerce platform that facilitates the purchase and delivery of digital products and services, including, but not limited to:

  • Digital accounts;
  • Digital subscriptions;
  • Software and software-related services;
  • Digital licenses and activation products;
  • Virtual or digital content; and

a sold directly by Dodopin; andor b supplied by third-party suppliers, merchants, vendors, or integrated partners.

Depending on the nature of a particular transaction, Dodopin may act as the principal seller, supplier, distributor, or facilitator of the transaction.

The applicable transaction structure may vary depending on the product, supplier, payment method, jurisdiction, and other relevant circumstances.

2. USER ELIGIBILITY

  • The product is made available through your user account or user panel; or
  • Access, credentials, licenses, activation codes, or other relevant digital information is otherwise made available to you.

Delivery shall be considered completed once the applicable digital product or access information has been made available to the customer through one of the applicable delivery methods.

Due to the nature of digital products, products that have been successfully delivered, accessed, activated, redeemed, or used may not be eligible for return or refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where a refund is expressly approved under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Dodopin does not guarantee that third-party products or services will:

  • Remain continuously available;
  • Be compatible with every device, operating system, or environment;
  • Be available in every country or region; or
  • Remain available for an indefinite period where their operation depends on a third-party provider.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

Certain products or services available through Dodopin may depend on third-party providers, platforms, suppliers, merchants, or service operators.

Dodopin is not responsible for the performance, availability, functionality, policies, or terms of third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where a digital product relies on a third-party service, any interruption, modification, suspension, or termination of that third-party service may affect the availability or functionality of the purchased product.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices displayed on Dodopin are stated in the applicable currency shown on the Website.

Prices, product availability, promotions, and other commercial terms may be changed or updated at any time without prior notice.

Unless otherwise stated, payment must be completed in full before the relevant product is delivered.

Dodopin may use third-party payment service providers, payment processors, acquiring institutions, and other financial service providers to process transactions.

By submitting a payment, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are legally authorized to use the selected payment method;
  • The payment information provided is accurate and complete;
  • You have sufficient authorization to use the relevant payment instrument; and

Dodopin reserves the right to delay, reject, cancel, or review a transaction where required for security, fraud prevention, compliance, payment processing, or other legitimate business purposes.

7. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the digital nature of the products and services offered through Dodopin, completed digital transactions are generally considered final.

Refunds may be considered in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • The purchased product was not delivered;
  • The delivered product is demonstrably invalid or defective;
  • A duplicate transaction occurred due to a technical issue; or
  • A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable period after the relevant transaction and may require supporting information or evidence.

Dodopin reserves the right to investigate and evaluate refund requests based on the circumstances of each transaction.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dodopin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Dodopin shall also not be responsible for interruptions, delays, failures, or errors caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including failures involving:

  • Telecommunications networks;
  • Internet infrastructure;
  • Hosting providers;

  • Other external systems.

The Service and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Dodopin may refuse, delay, suspend, or cancel a transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment activity, or other security concerns.

12. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Dodopin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to an account where we reasonably believe that the user:

Where permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the relevant Dodopin operating entity.

Nothing in this section is intended to deprive consumers of any mandatory legal rights or protections available in their jurisdiction.

15. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS

Dodopin may update, amend, or revise these Terms from time to time.

Any updated version will become effective when published on the Website unless a different effective date is expressly stated.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where legally permissible.

The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
