Fulfilment Policy
This Fulfilment Policy explains how digital goods purchased on dodopin.com (the “Website”, “Platform” or “Service”) are delivered. The Service does not ship physical goods.
The Service is operated jointly by:

These companies operate the Website together. That does not make both of them the seller of every order, and it does not authorise one company to collect the other’s customer payments.
Platform operators. VELCORE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and FUTURE ONE TECHNOLOGY LTD together operate the Website, the Dodopin brand and the shared support channels. A notice to legal@dodopin.com is a notice to both platform operators.
Seller of an order. The seller is the company that sells the product to you, issues the invoice and is responsible for that sale, including a statutory refund of that order:
- PayOp: the seller is FUTURE ONE TECHNOLOGY LTD, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. PayOp collects that payment for FUTURE ONE TECHNOLOGY LTD.
- Stripe: the seller is VELCORE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. Stripe collects that payment for VELCORE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.
“Dodopin”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the seller of the order when the sentence is about a purchase, payment, delivery, refund or invoice. When the sentence is about the Website, the brand or shared support, those words mean the platform operators.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
1. What is being delivered
The Service does not ship physical goods. There are two kinds of digital delivery:
- A code or PIN is delivered when a valid code is made available to you on the Website, in your account, or by email.
- A top-up or in-game balance is delivered when the value is credited to the game account you specified. Taking payment, or creating an order number, is not by itself delivery of a top-up.
2. How long delivery takes
After the seller’s payment provider confirms the payment, the order is processed automatically. Delivery is normally completed within a few seconds by display on the Website or in your account, by email, or by crediting the game account.
3. If delivery does not happen
If you do not receive the code, or the top-up does not appear on the game account:
- check the email used at checkout, including the spam folder;
- open the order on dodopin.com and check the payment status; and
- contact support with the order number, the email and what you received.
The seller will either complete delivery or tell you why it cannot be completed. If delivery cannot be completed, the seller refunds that order under the Cancellation and Refund Policy. The seller does not keep the price of a product it cannot deliver.
4. Delays
Delivery can take longer than a few seconds when the payment provider is still verifying the payment, a fraud or KYC check must finish before release, or a supplier system is briefly unavailable.
If the delay continues, support tells you through the email on the order or when you contact us with the order number. A check does not by itself mean the product has been delivered.
5. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version takes effect when published on the Website. The Effective Date at the top is the date of the current version.
